Dive in the World of Health & Fitness
It is also possible to schedule a (weekly) group class on location.
Starting with a minimum of 4 persons we will come to your home, work or a location of your choice and give you a descent yoga class in where you get the chance to balance, stretch and strengthen your body and mind.

Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha classes are gentle, basic yoga classes with no flow between poses. Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and perhaps a seated meditation at the end. This is a good class to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. This is an all-level class.

Hatha Flow Yoga
This practice aims to retain the vitality of the body and decrease the chance of disease. It is a mixture between a regular Hatha Class and a Vinyasa Class. It is a bit more challenging than a regular Hatha Class and there is a flow between poses. This is an all-level class.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means "to sync movement with breath", this class offers a constant steady flow where each pose seamlessly moves into the other. Moving with the breath. This is an all-level class focused on harmonizing the body between stretching and strengthening.

Prenatal Yoga / Pregnancy Yoga
Birthlight Yoga for Pregnancy includes yoga movements, breath awareness, sounding, and deep relaxation. Birthlight Yoga is a safe practice for pregnant women. It can help you enjoy your pregnancy, alleviate aches and pains, bond with your baby and help you prepare for labour and birth. It may facilitate contact with other mothers-to-be as well as ease you into motherhood. You may start with Prenatal Yoga as of 12 week of pregnancy and join until the end.

Postnatale Yoga
Postnatal yoga is a style of yoga that addresses the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a new mother, as well as the aftermath of pregnancy. Yoga poses focus on helping new mothers tone their body and regain their figure, relieve stress and even bond with their newborn.

Therapeutic Yoga/Restorative Yoga (private class)
Focused on connecting the mind with the body, this slow-paced class balances alignment and healing in both. Alignment exercises, supported resting postures, breath and body awareness, strengthening movements and deep stretches. Ideal for those with limited mobility or past injuries, anyone just looking to unwind tension or gently build strength, balance and flexibility.
